Players can assault the creature's tail and cut it off to significantly lower its health before attempting the final blow. Be wary, though, as Thunderdeep Drasks use their claws and teeth to strike down party members attacking them from a close distance. With that in mind, Slayers can equip the likes of Agents of Decay, Malignant Scourge, and Unsteady Ground to tear down its defenses. Thunderdeep Drask is weak against weapons that deal Terra damage. Getting hit by one of these lasers will cause players to lose a good sum of their hit points. Straying far away from the Behemoth will trigger it to launch lasers in quick succession. Winning against Thunderdeep Drask requires the player and/or party to stay in close combat range.
